The thought behind this system
is that the client could buy an assortment
of paper – different colors and textures –
and print the letterhead and envelopes
themselves on a regular inkjet printer.
Using just black ink and having no bleed,
this design is a low-tech do-it-yourself solution.
Business cards would be
traditionally printed.

This piece of plywood was a left over piece from one of our many home renovation projects. The shapes I was seeing in the grain pattern on the back side were so crazy, I felt compelled to highlight them with some paint. This started a series of paintings all made from left over pieces of wood, paint and lath strips from our renovations.

My obsession with this show
has pulled me into a surprising world.
A fandom that is relentless
in its artistic output.
My space in this world revolves
around this poster series
and a very large and growing
collection of photographs
that live on my Instagram,
tumblr and flickr pages.
I accidentally became
a toy photographer when
my husband bought me
a couple Walking Dead Funko
dolls for Valentine's Day one year.
Eventually I took a few photos
of them, threw them up on Tumblr
and found a new passion.
Now I collect toys...
This 110 page book is a compilation of images I shot portraying one scene from every episode of the series in sequence from Season 1-8. 100 of the 116 images were shot over the show’s hiatus between seasons 7 and 8, giving me two days to plan, shoot and edit each photo. Some images required location scouts, some involved set building, props, special effects (fire)... Only a couple are photoshopped. Almost all editing was done with my iPhone.

This cabinet is made from scraps
of steel and wood we had lying around.

to be informed by the materials we
had on hand.
